We offer a wide range of engineering services to support the products we sell 

Service & Repair Of Welding machines and Plasma Cutters.
We service and repair all types and makes of welding and cutting equipment. Our service engineers are fully qualified and approved by Lorch,Esab,Hypertherm and Lincoln Electric to perform warranty work on their behalf. On-site repairs are available throughout the North West of England. We can also carry out periodic testing and inspection to BS EN60974-4 ensuring that your machine is still compliant to EN60974-1 and safe for use. We also perform Portable Appliance Testing for single phase equipment.

Hire Of Machines
We have an extensive range of MIG, TIG, MMA welders and plasma cutters which can be hired on  a daily basis or long term. Every machine is individually compliance tested prior to each hire period.

Gas Inspection
Carried out to BCGA Code of Practice CP7 on Oxy/Fuel portable systems by our competent engineers who can also advise on the safe use of gas cutting and welding equipment.

Demonstrations
We are happy to demonstrate any equipment on your site or at our facility before purchase. This is fundamental in ensuring that we meet your needs correctly and offer the most economical solution.

Calibration & Validation
We calibrate and validate equipment to BS EN 60974-14 either on your site or in our workshop using the latest validation equipment. It is recommended that you also have your equipment  tested and inspected to BS EN 60974-4 when a calibration is performed.

Technical Support
We offer all our customers technical support for products purchased form us via phone, email or on-site if required.

LEV Testing
Local Exhaust Ventilation systems are requires to to be tested every 14 months as a minimum to meet Regulation 9 of the COSHH regulations. Please contact us to arrange a visit by a qualified LEV testing engineer
